Greek Yogurt with Whey

Hitting those protein macros can be so difficult sometimes (and expensive)

Try adding 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey to Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt and mix well.

Some of my favorites are: Orange Cream, apples and cinnamon, peanut butter banana, and cherry!

Calories: 150

Carbs: 15 grams

Fat: 0.5 grams

Protein: 21 grams
