These are seriously one of my favorite side dishes, great for a cookout and taste like a pizza, yum!
1 Whole tomato, core cut out/sliced in half
1/2 Tbsp. Land o Lakes Light Butter
1 tsp. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Lemon Pepper seasoning
- Cut core out of tomato and cut in half horizontally.
- Top with butter, cheese and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Place on foil and grill on medium high heat until tomatoes are soft and cheese is melted.
These are super delicious if you double the cheese and the butter as well. I do when I have fat macros to kill. If you don’t have a grill you can bake at 400 degrees on a foil lined pan until tomatoes are soft and cheese is melted.
