I have been loving yoga lately. I don't use it for a workout at this point, but I use it as tool to help me create the type of day I want.
It seriously can help me calm down, relax, re-energize, focus, lift my mood and clear my mind.
I got the Gaia app and it made yoga so easy for me to incorporate into my life.
It's amazing how 10 minutes of practice can change my whole mood!

I've been avoiding anything that will make me physically uncomfortable lately. For example: Saying "no" to the things that aren't helping me reach my goals but taking me farther from them.
This quote made me think... Maybe I'm just protecting myself from discomfort or the unknown. It's definitely time for me to suck it up and face the things that scare me the most.
Anyone ever try to lose weight, start a fitness goal, etc.? We all have our what if's that get in our way.
Here are some familar ones: "What if I don't have the willpower?" "What if I dont reach my goal weight?" "What if I end up missing out on things?" Seeing this quote definitely made me realize, I've definitely been working hard to protect myself from any discomfort and the unknown. Well, I can safely say that this "comfort zone" I have created for myself, actually feels really uncomfortable and a little dose of courage may be just what I need.
