I have been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I am currently a Health and Physical Education Teacher, Graduate Student at California University of PA- Exercise Science, Fitness and Wellness Promotion, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASE Speed and Explosion Specialist. I specialize in body composition change, weight loss, women’s training, program design and nutrition guidance.
